Introducing: "Scraps for Snacks"
Our joint attempt to be the change we wish to see in the world. This fund will provide healthy, local snacks for Mr. Lucky's kindergarten students at Betsie Valley in 2008.
On Saturday morning, local tv Channel 6 interviewed Tommy Lucky, while Victoria was on break. People saw it on the late news and came the next day looking for the purses that his wife made from reclaimed materials.
Other show highlights included a stay at Topliff's Tara Bed & Breakfast in Williamston, complete with llamas at sunrise and a new baby "cria".
We ate amazing sushi at OMI, while laughing with our friend, Kate Kerkstra, Bliss Botanics, who makes the comfort wraps (for more on that, click the Aromatherapy section on left).
